  Black Sheep Yoga claims to be different and they are! The classes are dynamic and the instructors really take time to help with form as well as inspire you to push past your ego and go at your level. There's nothing competitive about this space. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for first-timers not knowing what to expect. You're immediately welcomed, ensured that you have the right gear, and the right heart space when you're approaching your practice. I love their offerings of rock and roll yoga as well as set lists created by the staff to bring energy and fun to your practice without sacrificing form. I wish I could go every day!
