  I placed an order on June 26th and I have yet to receive it after it stated to give them a week. Here we are 3 weeks later and nothing I got a tracking number and no status available. I'm so disappointed probably will never order from here again

  If zero were an option, I would not have given the one star. I placed an order on Nov. 10, 2017 for two items, monogrammed coasters and a tie hanger. I finally received my order Dec. 14, 2017. This was after multiple calls to customer service where I continued receiving the same updates about my order. I was finally given the name and email address of the business owner to discuss this matter further. To date, I have not received a response or follow up from the store owner. I did receive an email two days later stating that my order was shipped. This was not true. It was 3-4 days later before it actually reached the postal service. The package finally arrived as ordered. Customer service, the order not being fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner, as well as the owner choosing not to respond to my email are reasons why I would NEVER order from this company again or EVER recommend this company to anyone.
