  To Rick, Thanks! You are a true professional. I was at your shop yesterday evening and you remembered me from over a year ago, that was very cool. I know you couldn't help me with my computer but after talking with you for a while I remembered how you did help me the first time. Your shop is very welcoming, clean and you guys are knowledgeable and do not stand over peoples shoulders like other paw shop owners do which to me that means a lot, because that can be very annoying and bothersome. Please stay cool that way and know that you guys have a good thing going their in Oceanside. You are totally different than anyone around you. Thank you very much for being there for me and thank you Rick for your help last night, I will be stopping by again real soon I lost my wedding band and a want a platinum one. Thanks!
