The item I ordered was not available, instead of notifying me, they sent me a different product!! So frustrating to get the wrong order and have to fight with them to pay the shipping to send it back. I ended up calling internationally just to speak with someone there. They sent me the wrong tracking information too, which is so stressful as I thought my parcel was going to the wrong spot. What a headache!!
