  First time writing a review ever. Decided to step into the sprint store to kill some time while my tuna fries that were cooking next door. This is where I ran into sprint associate Ray. First off I’m pretty stingy when it comes to spending money. I normally read a lot of reviews (yes I’m that guy where I read tons of reviews but never leave one) that end up being the make it or break it for me purchasing a new item. When it comes to getting a new phone however you always see stores advertising great deals but you always get killed with the fine print. So I always rely on the sales associate word and hope for the best. Ray was everything you could ask for. He wasn’t worried about getting you to sign the most expensive contract, wasn’t trying to push you into anything, etc. He was truly there to just give you the best possible advice and save you the most money. Ray was extremely knowledgeable on all deals sprint has to offer. There is some fees that make me cringe, activation fee of roughly 30$ specifically. I mean I pay 30$ for them to push a button pretty much (or least that’s how I see it). But Ray was there to save the day. After paying all my fees of around 130$ (I ended up upgrading to the IPhone X) I was kinda of bummed but knew that was the cheapest price I was walking out of there because Ray was a straight shooter. Best part about working with Ray was again, he was super knowledgeable of all sprints “not so advertised deals” and ended up walking out of the store with close to 100$ of phone accessories, a case and screen protector. Now I was sitting there like okay, Ray just hit me with what most likely every single employee tries to hit you with, you sign here I’m going to “hook you up” with all these free things. But the thing was there was a customer who was sitting next to me working with another sales associate that was going through an identical process as myself, meaning same contract, trading in the same phone, upgrading to the X. I was being noisy and paying attention to them and noticed that customer wasn’t getting the same deals as I was. Ray asked me if he could step aside for a moment to help out the other customer to save them the same money he saved me (sales associate didn’t know of a special going on). Hands down Ray provided me with the best customer service I have ever received and would highly recommend seeing him for any future purchases through Sprint.
