  I don't often write reviews, but my experience yesterday warrants one. In a sea of negative comments I thought I should point out what this store is doing right. I went in yesterday under unpleasant circumstances-stolen phone. I was there during lunch time so it was pretty busy but I still only waited less than 5 minutes. James helped me get a new SIM card to put in an old phone. He was super kind, courteous, and best of all fast! I had my two tired kids with me so I really appreciated his speed. I am really pleased with their customer service for this interaction, I will readily recommend this store to friends and family.

  Please do a favor yourself, you will better off a lot if you can avoid this joked ATT store then go to other ATT store with good reviews. This ATT store's staff don't know what is different between their top and bottom holes.
